檢查水箱中的水是否充足——發(fā)現(xiàn)水箱中的水不足應(yīng)及時(shí)補(bǔ)充，加入的水應(yīng)為清潔的淡水，如自來水或清潔的河水。如果直接用地下水，容易在水箱內(nèi)形成水垢，影響冷卻效果而造成故障，因此，地下水軟化后方可使用。在北方（環(huán)境溫度低于零度），必須根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)氐牡蜏囟扰渲眠m當(dāng)凝點(diǎn)的防凍液，配方如下：

檢查三漏（水、油、氣）情況——檢查油管、水管接頭處的密封面，發(fā)現(xiàn)有滲漏，應(yīng)該立即解決；如果排氣管、氣缸蓋墊片處增壓器有松動(dòng)或漏氣現(xiàn)象，也應(yīng)及時(shí)排除。
檢查蓄電池內(nèi)酸液的情況——蓄電池內(nèi)電解液的液面一般應(yīng)高出極板頂面10～
檢查柴油機(jī)各附件的安裝情況——包括各附件安裝的穩(wěn)固程度，地腳螺釘及與工作機(jī)械相聯(lián)接的牢固性。
