PN type mud pump is a single-stage single-suction mud pump divided into PNL vertical mud pump and PN horizontal mud pump. It is suitable for conveying liquids containing solid particles. It is widely used for hydraulic ash removal in thermal power plants, mines conveying ore liquids, and building materials. , Papermaking, textile, food, feed and other departments pump all kinds of slurry with a concentration of 50%-60% (by weight). PNL, PN type mud pumps, the flow parts are made of wear-resistant alloy materials, and have a long life. The open impeller is connected with a threaded shaft, and the gap between the impeller and the guard plate can be adjusted to maintain high efficiency. There are seven types of PN mud pumps: 1pn, 2pn, 3pn, 4pn, 6pn, 2pnl, and 3pnl.
Mud pump structure description:
(1) Wear-resistant cast iron is used for wear-resistant cast iron in the flow-through part of mud pump, which has a long service life.
(2) The gap between the mud pump impeller and the guard plate can be adjusted in time to maintain high working efficiency.
(3) Mud pump 4" and above. This type of pump bearing is directly installed in the horizontal opening bracket, which is convenient for disassembly and inspection and timely adjustment. A water-cooled serpentine tube is installed in the oil sump to improve the working conditions of the bearing.
