I. Overview:
PW and PWF sewage pumps are single-stage, single-suction, cantilevered centrifugal sewage pumps. The pump suction port is axially horizontal, and the pump discharge port can be installed horizontally or vertically as required. It is mainly composed of pump cover, pump casing, impeller, shaft seal, shaft, and bracket. The shaft seal adopts a novel double-end mechanical seal structure. The pump and the motor are mounted on a common chassis and are directly driven by the motor through an elastic coupling. The pump has the advantages of high efficiency, significant energy saving, stable operation, reliable performance, and convenient maintenance.

The PWF type corrosion-resistant sewage pump can transport acidic, alkaline or other corrosive sewage, and is widely used in chemical, petroleum, light industry, food, pharmaceutical, brewing, environmental protection and sewage treatment industries. The pump body and flow parts are made of 304 stainless steel, and the temperature of the medium is not higher than 100°C.
3. PW type horizontal sewage pump can transport acidic, alkaline or other corrosive sewage with temperature below 80℃. PW type horizontal sewage pump is widely used in chemical industry, petroleum, light industry, food, pharmaceutical and environmental protection, etc. industry. The performance range of PW type horizontal sewage pump: flow rate Q is 10~125m3/h; head H is 10~18m, and the flow parts materials are ZG1Cr18Ni9 and HT200.
